30-Day Refund Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with EstatAI for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or subscription payment. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@estatai.co.uk within 30 days of your payment with the subject line Refund Request. Include your registered email address and the date of purchase. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. If you cancel within 30 days of your most recent payment, you are entitled to a full refund of that payment.
